Barcelona
is placed 60 km away from our region and at 45 minutes by car. But
we cannot forget the railway line that we can take, for more comfort,
in some villages of the region, as well as the bus line.

Barcelona there are infinite possibilities of living immensely the city: leisure
spaces, cinemas, theatres, flamenco shows, the biggest aquarium in Europe, gastronomy,
bullfights, art, music, sardanes (traditional Catalan dance), popular

We
can enjoy its historical heritage by means of warm urban routes,
full of people and life. The best place to know Barcelona is the Rambles.
To understand the historical moments of the city it is essential
to go around the old city centre: the remains of the Roman wall,
the Gothic buildings, the remains of the Jewish quarter...
Barcelona also has the best sample of Art Nouveau architecture, which we have
to stand out: l'Eixample, the Sagrada Família Cathedral,
the Casa Batlló, the Casa Ametller and the Casa Milà.
In Port Olympic and Port Vell there is a big amount of pubs,
restaurants and leisure centres.
We don't have to forget the parks of Barcelona, the ones that stand out are Parc
de la Ciutadella and Parc Güell, a historical artistic
monument.
Barcelona has 40 museums, the ones that stand out are the MNAC, the Catalonian
National Art Museum, the MACBA, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona
