It is situated in a rural environment with beautiful landscapes and amazing panoramic views.

On a little hill, we can see the magnificent fortified house of Ventallola, later turned into a masia (traditional Catalan farm building), which in the old days belonged to the Muntanyola i Dorrius family.
We also have to stand out the old Romanesque fortresses, as the old Torroella's Castle of Romanesque style, which have become masies and have modernized their livestock facilities.
