  Muntanyola

Picture of MuntanyolaRural municipality with two sectors clearly differentiated, one called Muntanyola (as the village) and the other called Múnter. From the highest spots of this village, which gave birth to the great Montcada's Lineage in Catalonia, if the day is clear, we can see one by one all the villages of the region, with their characteristic belfries, their masies (traditional Catalan farm building) and sowed fields, and their mountainous outskirts that surround them.

We have to stand out Sant Quirze and Santa Julita's Church from the 18th century, but the first church that was build in this place was much older (10th century).
